Your Healing and Recovery is Possible

Welcome!

Serving Metro Atlanta, I specialize in both pornography & sexual addiction recovery along with trauma-focused EMDR therapy to help with PTSD as well as betrayal trauma; I also effectively help individuals struggling with a variety of other issues like depression, anxiety, PTSD, chemical dependency, codependence, relational issues, and grief. Over the past two decades, I have helped individuals discover how to heal, recover, and reclaim their lives.

“The World Breaks Everyone . . .. and afterwards many are strong at the broken places.” – Ernest Hemingway

My primary purpose is to provide individuals with a safe and non-judgmental space in their journey to finding hope, self discovery, healing and living their most fulfilling life.

My treatment philosophy comes from a holistic approach from the idea that each person’s, mental, emotional, spiritual components are like cogs inside a clock working together. I meet each individual client where they are and use various interventions as they wrestle to address their addictions and then bravely resolve the underlying causes of those troubling behaviors.

I have worked the past twenty years becoming educated, studying, practicing, and training in researched based therapy interventions like Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), T.E.A.M. Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing in the mental health field.

About Me

In 2001 while traveling in Spain, I discovered “The Camino De Santiago” also referred to as the “The Way”. . . I walked the five hundred miles completing this life-changing experience which began my journey into becoming a therapist and starting the practice of helping others on their journey.
